Jim is a life long resident of Kent County and has been a licensed real estate agent since January 2003; obtaining Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certifications placing him in the top 4% of real estate agents in the country. Jim began his real estate career at Exit First Choice Realty, moved to Keller Williams Realty Central Delaware in 2008, moved to Harrington ERA Realty in 2011, and in 2020 moved to Century 21 Gold Key Realty where he currently resides. He went on to become both the Top Listing and Top selling agent at KW for 2010 and top selling agent at Harrington Realty 2011 thru 2019. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Katie, working on cars with his son Jeremy, working along side his daughter Jessica in Real Estate, and spending time with his grand kids. He served on the Kent County Association of Realtors board as a director for the 2008 and 2009 calendar years and been designated as a Five Star Agent in Delaware Today magazine for 2010 thru 2019.
